Mmmm, look at this tasty sweet to celebrate the start of summer... Japanese sweets (wagashi) and cakes are beautifully presented and often look too lovely to eat! Different sweets are made in different seasons, often to traditional recipes, and ae served at traditional tea ceremonies to balance the bitter taste of the tea.
